Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Required by the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373)

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how All American Atlas LLC ("Unbound") collects, shares, and handles consumer health data as required by Washington law.
Categories of Consumer Health Data Collected
- Medication information (name, dose, unit, start date, injection schedule)
- Injection records (date, body site, dose)
- Weight and height
- Daily wellness check-in data (mood, food noise level, symptoms, exercise, sleep quality, stress level, alcohol consumption, nutrition goals)
- Symptom entries (type and severity)
- Journal entries
- Meal photos submitted for nutritional analysis
- Voice recordings during AI voice companion sessions
- Messages sent to the AI companion
Sources of Consumer Health Data
All health data is provided directly by the consumer through manual entry within the Unbound app. We do not collect health data from third-party sources.
Purposes for Collection
- To provide the core health tracking functionality of the app
- To power the AI companion feature (personalized chat and voice responses based on your health context)
- To analyze meal photos for nutritional estimation
- To generate health reports at your request
- To sync your health data across your devices via your private iCloud account
Categories of Consumer Health Data Shared
The following health data categories are shared with third parties for processing:
- Medication name, dose, and schedule
- Weight and symptom information
- Mood and food noise levels
- Injection history
- Meal photos
- Voice audio during voice companion sessions

No consumer health data is shared with analytics providers, advertising networks, or data brokers.
How to Exercise Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your health data: Open the Unbound app and view your data in the Track tab. You can export a full report as PDF or CSV.
Request deletion of your health data: Go to Settings > Delete Account within the app to delete all health data. You may also delete individual entries (weight, injections, check-ins, journal) within the app.
Withdraw consent: You may withdraw consent for AI data processing by discontinuing use of AI features. To withdraw all consent, delete your account via Settings.
